Refund Process for Canceled Orders
Before Shipment:

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped or is being returned, we will process the refund once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
Refund to Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking:

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made. Please allow 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD transactions, the refund will be processed via a bank transfer. Please share your bank details with us via email, and we will initiate the transfer within 24-48 business hours after receiving the returned product. The refund may take 2-3 business days to reflect in your account.

Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points
Discount Vouchers:
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only. If you cancel the order after using a discount voucher, the voucher will be considered as "used" and cannot be re-applied to future purchases.

Loyalty Points:
