SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY


Eligibility Period

Buyers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

Defective or Damaged Products: We accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong size, design, or color).
Unused Products: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale or clearance items
Customized or personalized products
Intimate or sanitary items
Products not meeting the above conditions


Exchange Policy

If the buyer doesn’t like the product, only exchange is permitted. No refunds are provided for such cases.


Rejection of Returns

If the returned product is not in the original condition, Maari Mav reserves the right to reject the return. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Customers can reach out to us through any of the following methods to initiate a return or exchange request:

Return Process
Contact Us: Reach out via email, phone, or social media with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Provide Evidence: Share pictures of the product, packaging, and invoice. For returns, please record a short video while unwrapping the package.
Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed mailing instructions.
Ship Back: Pack the items securely, include the RA number, and send them to the provided address.
If we cannot arrange a pickup, the buyer is responsible for shipping the order back.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.


Return Charges
Free Exchange: Applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customer-Paid Returns: For reasons other than defects or errors on our part, return shipping costs apply.


Shipping Charges

If the buyer ships the return, a flat rate of ₹100 per side shipping is charged.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: No charges apply if the order is canceled before dispatch.
Payment of Charges: Return/exchange charges must be paid upon receiving the package.


Refund Policy
Inspection: Returned products are subject to inspection. Damaged or altered products may be rejected.
Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
COD Orders: Buyers must provide bank details for refunds.
Offer Code Restrictions: Orders placed with an offer code are not eligible for refunds.
Discretionary Approval: All refunds are subject to approval by the Maari Mav team.
